Background

As R&D Lab Manager, Geri is responsible for experimental operations and data collection at the forefront of vermifiltration innovation here at Perca. Trained as a biological engineer, she is committed to fostering a culture of curiosity and collaboration. Her work and education have taken her from Walla Walla to Montana to Spain to rural Kenya, developing skills in wastewater treatment project management, bioprocess operation and design, and lab-based research and development. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Biological Engineering at Oregon State University and University of Oregon, Geri brings a passion for harnessing the power of nature to develop community-focused solutions.
